Deposit

At the time of booking, we request a confirmation deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the cost of the booked stay.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 28 days before the arrival date
Loss of deposit for cancellations between 28 and 2 days before arrival
Full payment of the stay for cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival
Full payment of the stay in case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show

Insurance

With Care4UHotel insurance, you can travel worry-free. This service provides protection in case of unexpected events such as illness, accidents, or job loss, ensuring reimbursement for your stay up to 100% of the penalties applied, at a cost of 4.8% of your vacation. Make sure to secure it within 48 hours of booking and enjoy peace of mind during your trip.

Payments

Cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers are accepted.

Pets

Small/medium-sized pets are accepted if well-behaved and accustomed to staying in hotels
The presence of pets must be indicated at the time of booking
Additional charge: €8 per day
According to HACCP regulations, pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area but may access common areas while on a leash
It is not allowed to leave the pet alone in the room, to ensure a pleasant stay for you and other guests
